The recycling company Alba Group sold its Spanish operations–Alba Servicios Verdes–to its previous owner, Francisco Donoso, last week.
Alba Servicios Verdes is going to change its name to DOLAF Servicios Verdes in a couple of months, Davis Index learned.
In 2012, Alba Group acquired 99pc of shares of Reciclajes Dolaf, which was founded by the Donoso family in 1986. The operations include two recycling plants and two document destruction facilities in Madrid and Valencia and employ over 70 people.
The ALBA Group operates its two brands–ALBA and Interseroh–within Germany, Europe, and Asia. In 2020, its divisions generated an annual turnover of €1.9bn and employed a staff of approximately 8,700 employees.
