Altiplano Metals’ Farellon Copper Gold mine in Chile produced close to 3,480mt of Cu-Au material at a copper grade of 1.8pc in January.
The Canadian miner said in a statement on Tuesday that its output of copper contained material dropped to 3,480mt in January from 4,520mt in the previous month.
The firm’s copper shipments before processing declined to 2,769mt in January compared to 2,931mt in December last year. After processing, however, its shipment rose to 68mt in January from 41mt in the prior month. The firm’s revenue through copper shipments also increased to $220,000 in January 2021 from $150,000 in December 2020.
