Iran’s Angouran Lead and Zinc Complex’s mineral output in the sixth month (Aug 22-Sep 21, 2020) of the Iranian calendar increased by 5pc to 88,720mt from 84,095mt in the prior year, according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (Imidro).
In the sixth month, the plant processed 83,328mt of minerals, up by 66pc from 50,084mt in the prior year.
The mineral production in H1 (March 20-Sep 21, 2020) stood at 473,325mt, almost the same as 473,990mt in the prior-year period.
The processing plant’s output in H1 rose by 74pc to 477,662mt from 274,298mt in the prior-year period.
