Bollinghaus Steel is expanding its reach into the European market with a new sales office in Milan, Italy, according to media reports.
The Italian office is a strategic placement, according to the company, citing improved regional customer proximity growth potential.
The German firm specializes in hot-rolled and cold-drawn stainless steel profiles and already has a presence in Portugal with its Vieira de Leiria stainless steel production plant, as well as domestically and in the US. Bollinghaus Steel produces close to 22,000mt through its two hot rolling lines, and 10,000mt in its cold rolling line.
