Aluminum producer Braidy Industries has announced Don Foster as its new acting president and chief executive officer.
Under his leadership, the company intends to build the world’s most advanced aluminum rolling mill in Eastern Kentucky—a project that’s expected to generate thousands of jobs in the region. Foster stated that the plant is essential to building a vital supply chain for the automotive industry and to enhance economic growth in Eastern Kentucky.
Braidy Industries is supported by BridgeConsulting—a wholly-owned subsidiary of Metals Bridge—where Foster will continue to serve as the chief executive officer.
Foster’s career has spanned more than four decades in the metal industry with experience in profitable business development and large project experience. Foster will provide the company with executive level expertise in global metals, infrastructure, construction, and capital projects. Foster previously worked for US Steel and the LB Foster Company.
