DEV Mineração has shipped and sold the second batch of 48,670mt iron ore from the stockpiles in Amapa Iron Ore Project Brazil. The wet tonnage of Fe 58pc sinter fines was shipped from Companhia Docas de Santana (CDSA). The first tonnage was shipped to a Chinese mill in March 2021 after receiving court authority to export in February 2021. This second shipment is speculated to also have been shipped to China.

DEV plans to increase the frequency of iron ore shipments from CDSA over the coming months. Its recent efficiency at loading the iron ore in 60 hours shows the possibility of growing to three to four loads monthly.

In line with growth plans for fully recommissioning the Amapa project, a new shipping operations head, mine operations manager, and other key personnel have been hired by the firm.

DEV continues to work with Indo Sino and Cadence Minerals to promote the competitive bid process of cargoes.
