Century Extrusions has resumed partial operations in Kharagpur, West Bengal on receiving approval from local authorities, according to the company release on Tuesday.
The company will follow the government norms on COVID-19 and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures issued for industrial units. Century Extrusions had suspended operations to comply with state government’s regulatory advisory on the pandemic. The facility will partially resumed operations and will start production in a phased manner.
Century Extrusion is one of India’s large pure play aluminium extrusion manufacturer with production facility located at Kharagpur close to leading primary aluminium manufacturers in India. The company has an annual capacity of 15,000mt.
