China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association plans to set up a recycling metals branch in Zouping, Shandong province to boost the secondary aluminium industry. The city is home to two major aluminium manufacturing companies like Qixing and Hongqiao group, together with 600mn mt of annual production capacity.
Zouping Municipal Corporation and state-owned Asset investment company will join hands for the project. This branch will liaison with other departments to ensure quick-paced progress on the recycling project. The branch will ensure effective corporation with municipal authorities and develop the secondary aluminium industry in Zouping.
The establishment of such a center marks substantial progress in the cooperation between the recycling metals branch and Zouping city.
