Ohio based scrap broker and processor David J. Joseph (DJJ) company has appointed Mark Schaefer as its new president, effective from January 1st, 2021. Schaefer will replace Craig Feldman who will continue as Nucor’s executive vice president in Charlotte. 

 

Schaefer joined the company in 1985 as a scrap broker and has served the company in various executive positions since then. In 2014, he was named Nucor’s vice president. 

 

DJJ is a subsidiary of Nucor that runs 12 domestic and international ferrous and non-ferrous scrap brokerage offices across US along with six regional scrap recycling plants within the country.
