Canadian-Mexican miner Garibaldi Resources has drilled nine more holes at its Nickel Mountain project in Canada and discovered nickel-copper-rich mineralization.

 

The lower discover zone (LDZ) has been expanded by 25 meters to the north, where the company drilled 2.14 meters to discover 7.1pc nickel and 3.9pc copper deposits. 

 

Another drilling hole, EL-19-74, cut 5.98 meters and found 6pc nickel and 2.6pc copper deposits, while also expanding eight meters east. A third drilling hole, EL-19-72, cut 4.4meters to find 2.6pc nickel and 0.93pc copper.

 

Nickel Mountain is located in northwest British Columbia and is owned by the Canadian-Mexican firm Garibaldi.
