Germany’s industrial production rose by 0.9pc in November compared to the previous month while it fell by 2.6pc compared to November 2019, according to country’s Federal Statistical Office (Destatis).
In November 2020, production of intermediate goods was up by 2.4pc while capital goods rose by 1.3pc. On the other hand, production of consumer goods saw a 1.7pc decline in November compared to the previous month.
The country’s overall production, excluding energy and construction, increased by 1.2pc in November from the previous month, Destatis reported.
