Giga Metals’ current chair Lyle Davis will step down from his position and be replaced by Anthony Milewski, who currently serves as the company’s director.
Davis will continue in his roles as chair of Giga Metals’ Audit Committee its Board of Directors. Milewski is one of the company’s shareholders with 6pc shares, as well the chair of Conic Metals, which owns 6.9pc shares in Giga Metals.
Milewski has had various jobs in the mining industry, and has helped finance numerous nickel projects.
