Swedish aluminum producer Granges has picked Jorgen Rosengren as its new chief executive officer (CEO). He will join the company by Oct 1 at the latest, as a replacement for Johan Menckel.
Rosengren has served as the CEO of Bufab, a stainless and alloyed steel fasteners producer headquartered in Varnamo, Sweden for the past eight years. He said that Granges has a great potential future and a big role to play in the transition to low carbon aluminum and sustainable production.
Bufab has seen significant growth and made important acquisitions under Rosengren’s leadership according to Fredrik Arp, chairman of Granges.
