The weekly Davis Index for ADC 12 settled at Rs127,000/mt ex-works Delhi producer, down by Rs1,000/mt ($13.63/mt) as market headed towards striking a balance in auto alloy prices after witnessing an uptick for last three consecutive weeks.
ADC 12 producers around Delhi reported prices as low as Rs124,000/mt, but larger producers in North India did not confirm trades at these levels. ADC 12 producers in North India reported having bought old cast/Tense at $1,225- 1,240/mt, marginally down from $1,250/mt prior week.
The weekly Davis Index for ADC 12 settled at Rs132,750/mt ex-works Mumbai producer, down by Rs1,917/mt. Die-casters near Mumbai continued to pay Rs135,000/mt for ADC 12 as per the price contract for October.
The weekly Index for LM6 settled unchanged at Rs152,000/mt ex-works Mumbai producer from the prior week.
