Italian recycling equipment specialist ITR Recycling Technologies has delivered an aluminum cans and mixed metals processing unit to Croatia.
The unnamed client operates in the country’s waste management sector, noted ITR on May 25. ITR and its parent company Omar Group have formed a strategic partnership to set up the plant and be onsite and remote advisories.
ITR’s 4.0 factory system that will primarily run the technology will process 3.63mt to 4.53mt of metal waste per hour into a secondary raw material with aim of enhancing sustainable recycling and production.
The new facility will also have ITR’s hammer mill, mobile and compact shredding system, an air separator, a current separator, and conveyor belts.
