Kenwal Steel, a North American flat-rolled steel service center, has named Stephen Eisenberg as its new chairman and chief executive officer (CEO).

Eisenberg is a third-generation leader at Kenwal and replaces his father Kenneth Eisenberg, effective from Nov 12 as chairman and CEO of the company. Before his current appointment, Stephen headed Kenwal’s facility in Gary, Indiana, and tripled sales during his time there. This led to the opening of a new service center in Burns Harbor in 2004.

Kenwal offers hot and cold-rolled as well as galvanized steel sheets, serving the automotive sector and other manufacturing industries, with operations in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
