Majestic Steel acquired the business assets of P&S Metals and Supply steel service center based in Las Vega, Nevada.
The acquisitions expanded Majestic Steel’s access to the western US market. It has also broadened the company’s product lines and is expected to improve operational efficiencies and boost sales volumes. The acquisition value was not disclosed.
Both Majestic Steel and P&S were founded in the late 1970’s. Majestic Steel is a privately held metal service center of flat-rolled steel products based in Cleveland, Ohio. Majestic also has processing locations in Houston and Dallas, Texas, Altanta, Georgia, and Tampa, Florida with over 40 other warehouse locations nationwide.
