Iran’s Mobarakeh Steel produced over 4.199mn mt of semi-finished steel products in first six months of the Iranian fiscal year (Mar 22-Sep 22), up by 5pc from the prior year, as per Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (Imidro) figures in local media reports. The company produced 4.19mt of finished steel during the period.
The company’s output in Aug 22-Sep22 period rose by 5pc to 701,966mt. However, the total steel finished steel production witnessed a decline of 3pc over the prior-year period.
