Nevada Copper has identified multiple new copper targets at its Pumpkin Hollow mine in Yerington, Nevada.


The company has also identified the intersection of shallow copper mineralization of grades up to 0.9pc copper in its structural reconnaissance drill results. They include indicators of a potential porphyry-style target and grab samples as high as 6.2pc copper at surface.


The copper miner has increased land holdings by over 30pc, adding over 5,700 hectares in the project. The multiple targets identified multiple targets include the surface, near surface, and drill hole intersections. Significant copper grades have been intercepted within 2km of the current underground mine.


Nevada Copper intends to reach full-scale production in the first half of 2020 along with advancing its regional growth strategy. The latest exploration revealed multiple new targets across the project, which has significantly increased the company’s land position.
