Braidy Industries announced Tom Modrowski as its interim chief executive officer, and current board member Charles Price as its chairman.
Modrowski has been with Braidy over 30 years and has experience in senior leadership in the metal business.
Braidy’s new Aluminum mill, based in Ashland, Kentucky will be led by Price and Modrowski, with Price focusing on completing the mill on schedule. Modrowski has been assigned to fundraise and plan for the 1.5mn square foot mill, which will serve the rapidly growing transportation industry.
Craig Bouchard is resigning as chairman and chief executive officer, but will remain a Braidy board member and support the Braidy Hope Foundation for youth causes and to combat opioid abuse.
