Pasinex has announced a slew of management changes following the resignation of Steven Williams, the zinc explorer and producer’s president and chief executive officer (CEO). However, the company has disclosed neither any information about his replacement or the interim officer.

The Canadian company announced on Wednesday that Williams, who was the founder of the company as well as an officer and director at all Pasinex subsidiaries, had resigned to follow a different career path in mineral processing consulting services.

Larry Seeley, currently a director on Pasinex’s board, will take over as executive chairman of the company’s Board of Directors and the Chair of the Human Resources Committee. An industry veteran, Seeley previously led Recapture Metals as president and CEO.

The company announced that Andrew Gottwald, who is currently the chief financial officer of the company, would take on the additional responsibility for investor relations and communications.

Pasinex explores, develops, and mines for zinc, lead, and silver in Turkey and the US. The company has offices in Canada and Turkey.
