UK-based electrical and electronics recycling company Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) has opened a new facility in Guadalajara, Mexico, to support local demand.
The company currently has facilities in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia and the launching of this new unit will further help to expand SLS’ worldwide reach.
SLS is a subsidiary of Sims Limited, which provides IT asset disposal (ITAD), electrical and electronics recycling services to enterprises and data centers. Sims employs around 4,000 people across 200 facilities in 15 countries and has recorded a sales volume of 7.23mn mt in the fiscal year ending June 2021.
