Ukraine industrial production in February 2021 without calendar adjustments declined by 4.6pc as compared to the year before (Feb 2020), according to data released by the Ukrainian State Statistics Service.
With calendar adjustments, the country’s industrial production in February fell by 2pc as compared to the same month in the previous year. Compared to the prior month (January 2021), the country’s industrial output without seasonal adjustments in February decreased by 0.3pc, while with seasonal adjustments, it dropped by 0.4pc.
Metallurgy and finished metal products output in February declined by 3.5pc as compared to February 2020, while iron ore mining increased by 1.3pc from the year before.
Jan-Feb period
Ukraine’s industrial output in the first two months (Jan-Feb, 2021) fell by 4.2pc as compared to the prior-year period.
In the Jan-Feb period, the country’s production of metallurgy and finished metal products decreased by 3.6pc compared to the same period in the previous year, while iron ore mining rose by 0.5pc from the prior-year period.
