UK’s Heavy Good’s Vehicles (HGV) as well as bus and coach registrations declined in Q3 2020 from the same period in 2019, according to The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).
HGV registrations in the first nine months of the year fell by 39.6pc to 21,763 units compared to 36,021 units in the same timeframe in 2019. The country’s bus and coach registrations by 30.4pc to 2,775 units from 3,985 units during the same period under comparison.
In the third quarter of the year, UK’s HGV registrations declined by 1.6pc to 8,419 units from 8,557 units in Q3 2019 while its bus and coach registration declined by 22.1pc to 1,044 units from 1,340 units in the same quarter last year, SMMT reported.
