The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that suppliers from Indonesia, Malaysia, South Africa, Tunisia, Italy, Spain, and Ukraine sold pre-stressed concrete steel wire strands (PC strand) at less than fair value in the US.
In seven different notifications scheduled for publication on Nov 19, Commerce said it planned to impose antidumping duties (AD) between 2.96-72.98pc on PC strand sold in the US during the period of review ranging from April 1, 2019, to March 31, 2020.
