The US Department of Commerce has established a preliminary antidumping (AD) duty on seamless carbon and alloy standard, line, and pipe sourced from the Czech Republic.
In an order dated Dec 16, the agency noted that it had established a preliminary AD of 51.07pc on the material from the Czech Republic. US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are collecting cash deposits from importers of the products listed.
Commerce will announce its final AD determination for this case by March 2, 2021, unless extended. Upon final determination, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) will make a final injury assessment by April 15, 2021.
