The US Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Indian producers of finished carbon steel flanges received countervailable subsidies during the period of review, January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018.

In an order scheduled for publication on Dec 12, Commerce assigned countervailing duties (CVD) to Norma at 5.61pc, RN Gupta at 5.42pc, and an all-others rate for 29 other exporters of the subject merchandise at 5.51pc.
