The daily Davis Index for P1020 on Wednesday rose by Rs833/mt ($11.32/mt) to settle at Rs170,621/mt ex-works India producer after Nalco increased its product prices on Dec 15 from Dec 10, in sync with the rise in spot aluminium prices on LME.
The official LME spot contract settled at $2,042.5/mt on Dec 14, up by $32.5/mt from $2,010/mt on Dec 9.
Nalco increased its P1020 price by Rs2,500/mt ($33.98/mt) on Dec 15 to settled at Rs175,050/mt.
The daily Davis Indexes for ADC 12 settled at Rs173,436/mt ex-works India producer, up by Rs1,250/mt, and for CG 99.5 rose by Rs834/mt to settle at Rs170,205/mt ex-works India producer.
The daily Davis Index for EC Rod settled at Rs176,126/mt ex-works India producer, up by Rs833/mt.
